We leverage the scientifically validated Burnout Assessment Tool (BAT) framework, but with a key difference: no surveys. Our AI recognize changes in the workload, activity hours, communication sentiments and provide early signals to managers where the problem might arise. Each employee has a sentiment persona at Olaboard - and if it deviates heavily towards a group or individual, we let you know.

What data does Olaboard use?

Code repository, tracking system, public chats and messages, team Zoom recordings, the entirety of Google's Workplace suite. We do not access any private messages or calls.

Where do you store this data?

We only process it, never storing the raw data. Only the resulting analysis is cached. We use GCP and OpenAI for processing, without training data.

How secure are you?

We are GDPR-compliant. For more details, please refer to our Data Processing Agreement.

Is it customizable?

Yes. During onboarding, your managers are presented all variables sourced from the connected software stack. Then you can build the dashboard you'd use daily. We will suggest one built around your Competency Framework, which makes people management at your company a well-coordinated effort between different verticals. This approach makes sense for employees.
If such a framework is not yet implemented, you'd be presented the default 3-area one - Metrics, Relations and Wellbeing.
